  • Restocking fees: There are no restocking fees for returns.
  • Return method: Returns must be dropped off at an authorized drop-off location specified in your return instructions. Please include the RA number on your return package.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • Store Credit Option: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases. Store credit does not expire.
